Due to heavy snowfall accumulation over the higher reaches of Jammu and Kashmir since the last 36 hours Medium snow avalanche can occur in these areas especially the higher reaches of Kargil, Kupwara, Bandipura, Baramulla, Ganderbal, Budgam, Poonch, Doda, Shopian, Kulgam & Kishtwar districts.
Peoples are advised not to travel in these areas (approx. elevation 3000M and above elevation areas) until weather improve.
