Typhoon Jenny (Koinu) likely to bring heavy to very heavy rain and gusty winds in many areas of Taiwan. Presently the Typhoon Jenny (Koinu is near the coastal areas of Taiwan and in coming hours it will touch down the coastal areas of Taiwan especially the Eastern and Western areas.

Typhoon Jenny (Koinu) may cause very heavy rain and thunderstorms in Eastern and Western areas of Taiwan in coming hours.

Maximum winds speed during Typhoon Jenny (Koinu) can reach around 132 miles per hour. According to the Meteorologist that ‘ Koinu was producing winds equivalent to those of a Category 4 hurricane,

School , colleges and other business institutions were closed in parts of Taiwan as a precautionary measure.

Around 8 and 9 October this Typhoon likely to hit the coastal areas of China and Hong Kong.
