Western Disturbance of Light to Slightly moderate intensity is going to bring light to slightly moderate Rain and Snow in Parts of Jammu and Kashmir from days after tomorrow .
The maximum Impact Will be over Parts of South Kashmir, Chenab valley and Pir Panjal . Higher Reaches of these areas may receive 0.5-1 ft of fresh snowfall.

As of now, there are 55% Chances of Snowfall over some plains of Kashmir valley, but the maximum chances are over South Kashmir and Central Kashmir plains. Weather in Jammu Division
During this spell Higher Reaches of Jammu Division which includes Higher Reaches of Poomch, Rajouri, Reasi , Ramban, Doda and Kishtwar districts may receive Light to Moderate Snowfall. Besides it lower reaches of Jammu Division may receive Light Rain. The plains of Jammu, Samba and Kathua may also receive rain during this spell mainly on 4th February. Moreover Light Thunder accompanied by Gusty Winfsbalso possible over few parts of Jammu Region on 4th and 5th February.
Gulmarg, Sonamarg and Pahalgam,are there any chances of Good Snow?
Yes there are Good Chances of Snowfall over Gulmarg, Sonamarg, Pahalgam and other Tourist Destinations of Jammu and Kashmir which includes Aharbal Waterfall, Doodhpathri , Peer Ki Gali, Jai Valley Bhaderwah Etc. Except Sonamarg, Pahlagam and some other tourist destinations of Chenab valley there are less chances of heavy snowfall. However most of the tourist destinations may experience light to slightly moderate snow on 4th and 5th February. Snow lovers and Tourists may visit Jammu and Kashmir during this period to enjoy Snow experience.
Weather forecast for Ladakh UT
Fairly Widespread Light Snowfall with Occasional Gaps expected over the both districts; Leh and Kargil districts of Ladakh UT on 4th and 5th February. Till then mainly dry weather expected over UT of Ladakh.
