Fairly widespread Snow & Rain predicted in Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh between 29-31 December, with its main activity 29 Dec 8Pm – 30 Dec 4am, (Forecast accuracy 70%). Light snow may also occur over the plains of Kashmir, accumulation upto 6cm expected in Srinagar as of now.
Higher reaches may receive upto 15cm Snow fall during this spell. Traffic on Mughal Road & Srinagar Leh Highway may gets affected due to Snow fall.
During this spell light rain can also occur over the plains of Jammu division.
