Higher reaches of South Kashmir have recorded up to 10 inches of snow, while the plains have received light snowfall ranging from 1 cm to 3 inches.
In Central and North Kashmir, higher reaches and a few plains have also witnessed snowfall, with accumulations between 1 inch and 6 inches.
Meanwhile, most parts of Jammu and Kashmir experienced overnight rainfall.
