Weather Alert For South Kashmir and Jammu During Next 24hrs

Good amount of rain /snow was recorded over parts of North Western parts of Kashmir during last 24hrs, and some parts of Jammu and South Kashmir also see light rain/snow.

During next 24hrs , Moderate to heavy rain are expected over Jammu region along with moderate to heavy snowfall over upper reaches, For South Kashmir moderate rain showers along with light to moderate Snowfall expected over plains with heavy snowfall over higher reaches particularly Higher reaches of Kulgam, Shopian, & Anantnag during next 24hrs.

Central Kashmir and North Kashmir may also see light to moderate rain/snow showers with moderate to heavy snowfall over Higher reaches during next 24hrs.

Another Western disturbance are forecasted from 03 February.
