Weather Update for Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh & Gilgit Baltistan for next 10 days.
Currently, A weak Western disturbance affecting some parts of J&K, Ladakh & Gilgit baltistan division. Under its influence light Rainfall expected in some places of J&K UT towards afternoon hours, overall partly to mostly cloudy Weather expected in many Parts of J&K.
On 2nd & 3rd November Light Snow can occur over few higher reaches of J&K, Ladakh overall partly cloudy & dry weather expected in many areas .
On 4th November another Western disturbance Likely to affect J&K, Ladakh. Under its influence on 4th November Light Rainfall/ snowfall expected over some places of J&K , Ladakh.
On 5th & 6th November Widespread light to moderate Rainfall & Snowfall Expected in J&K , Ladakh. During this period light snowfall can aslo occur over the few plains of Kashmir Valley.
From 7th November another Western disturbance of Moderate intensity Likely to affect J&K, Ladakh Under its influence light to slightly moderate rain/ snow Expected over many parts of J&K, Ladakh, same Weather conditions prevails on 8th & 9th November. During this spell (as of now) Snowfall can occur in the plains of Kashmir valley including Srīnagar city.
Improvement expected from 10th November.
