Fresh Western Disturbance of light to slightly moderate intensity is affecting currently few parts of Jammu and Kashmir & Ladakh. This Western Disturbance Will Bring light to slightly moderate rain and snow in Jammu and Kashmir & Ladakh till 10 November.

The main activity of this Western Disturbance is from Tomorrow’s afternoon to till 10 November Evening.

During this Spell fairly widespread light to moderate rain and snow Expected in Jammu and Kashmir & Ladakh.

The maximum impact of this Western Disturbance will be over Kupwara, Bandipura and Parts of Baramulla, Budgam, Shopian, Kulgam and Poonch District.

Higher Reaches Of Pir Panjal Range and Greater Himalyas may receive 0.5-1.5 ft Snowfall During this Spell.

J&K Weather

Some Plains of Kashmir valleys especially Parts of Shopian and Kulgam may also receive Snowfall During this Spell. The possibility of Snowfall is about 60%. The other Plains of Kashmir Valley including Srinagar city has low Chances of Snowfall During this Spell. There are 25% Chances of Snowfall in rest Parts of Kashmir Valley During this Spell..

Snowfall may disrupt Traffic on Mughal Road, Srinagar Leh Highway during this Spell. Peoples are advised to contact concerned Police control Rooms and Traffic Police to confirm the status of Road before travelling.

After this Spell the Maximum Temperature across Jammu and Kashmir may fall down by 5-6°C.
