Season first snowfall recorded over the higher reaches of Jammu & Kashmir

Season first snowfall recorded during last night over some higher reaches of Jammu & Kashmir. This is the first snowfall of this season recorded in those higher reaches.

The higher reaches of Greater Himalyan Range and Pir Panjal Range including Gulmarg received season first Snowfall during last night. The highest mountain of Pir Panjal Range Tatakooti is coverd with white blanket of Snow.

Besides it light Snowfall also recorded at Peer Ki Gali on Mughal Road and Razdan Top

Today light Snow Showers also predicted over some Higher reaches of Jammu and Kashmir.

The afarwat peaks of Gulmarg also received light snow during the last night.

Temperature in Surrounding districts of Pir Panjal Range and Greater Himalyan Range recorded down dur to fresh Snow over the higher reaches.
