Moderate to heavy snowfall is expected in higher reaches during above said period.

Gusty winds thunder/ lightning and hailstorm is expected in few spots.

Today Light to Moderate and Somewhat heavy Rain and Snow expected over many places of Jammu and Kashmir. Light Snowfall also expected over Higher reaches of the UT.

Tonight Rain Expected over many areas of Jammu and Kashmir, Meanwhile Higher reaches of J&K’s which are Located above the elevation of 3200M may receive Snowfall.

Traffic on Mughal Road, Gurez Bandipura Road, Srinagar Leh Highway may get Disrupt due to Snowfall.

Under the influence of Western Disturbance Some areas of Jammu and Kashmir recieving Light to Slightly moderate Rain, Especially parts of Budgam, Baramulla, Kupwara, Bandipura, Ganderbal, Poonch and Rajouri district currently receiving Good amount of Precipitation.
